Greeted immwdiatly when I walked thru the door and proceeded to the exam room within five minutes. The staff introduced themselves to me as soon as we met walking in the door. Katie, the physicians assistant, awesome PA!! Very knowledgeable, had great “ bedside manner.” Ask more questions about my medical history and then dealled into what she felt we needed to get into today. Truly felt comfortable with everything that happened from the time I walked through the door to the time I walked out the door. Highly highly recommend this office and staff. The attending doctor was very efficient and understanding.  I ended up with an injection that stopped severe itching within 15 minutes of leaving the facility.  Her decision was right on.  I found the entire staff to be very warm.  Excellent health care.

I was from out of town and was able to get a same day appointment without issue. I only waited about 5 minutes after arriving and all the staff, nurse and doctor were kind and very helpful. My prescriptions were send to the correct location and ready for pick up in an hour. Overall excellent experience. Would definitely recommend.

Place is very welcoming and staff and doctor are  very kind. It doesn’t feel like a doctors office waiting room. Highly recommend if you need to be seen and can’t get into your own doctor. I made my appointment the night before and it was a smooth in and out process.

Beth was fantastic, she was thorough, answered all my questions and had great tips too! I would definitely come here again for my son’s health. However, I was speechless with how the medical assistant roughly administered medicine to my infant son. The medical assistant grabbed my son’s face, squeezed it, and squirted antibiotics into him mouth and with the last pump, they squirted it all in even though it was getting to the point of overflowing out of his mouth. Once I held him upright, he immediately spit it back out. I’m not a medical professional, so I can’t say whether this is standard of care, but I was concerned by their handling of him.

My husband & I tested positive for COVID this AM. We both were able to very conveniently make online appointments for medical evaluations within 30 minutes of our requests. The UC Village-Albany Urgent Care clinic is modern and attractive with highly efficient, very welcoming, friendly, professional & personable administrative and medical staffs. All of the medical personnel have very kind and empathetic bedside manners and listened very well to (and heard!) and were responsive to our medical concerns and questions. We both were in and out of our appointments within 30 minutes. We are very appreciative and truly grateful to have your clinic so conveniently located near our home. Please keep up the great work!

The wait time was a little bit long, but they were able to wrap my sprained ankle and provide me with crutches in an out within one hour.

I tried other clinics like CVS minute clinic not professional and hard to understand language barriers from the caregivers that we’re not doctors that could not show me a professional exam. so , I went to you guys which I was given a five stars exam a professional doctor in a man that has years of wisdom to conduct an examination he does as a pro doctor and was easy to trust . I felt a trust of a doctor of a profession not just a lab that does it for cash with nurses.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
