I was visiting with family from another state , woke up not feeling well with a new baby coming home from the hospital. Definitely needed to be seen to make sure I wasn’t contagious.  Googled urgent care facilities near me, walked in , filled out paperwork and was taken back immediately.  Staff weee extremely courteous and professional.  I was in and out before I knew it. The longest part was filling out the paperwork .  I would definitely recommend this provider!

Finally, I was coughing with phlegm, very congested, the doctor just told me to wash my nose with saline, nothing at all.

I had an appointment scheduled for a long time and I end up getting seen an HOUR after my scheduled appointment time which was crazy. Then it’s now the day after and my pharmacy STILL hasn’t received my new prescription yet and it’s literally impossible to get a hold of anyone at docs and you can’t contact anyone on Solv either they just say to call docs and they never answer so I get screwed because the system is so messed up!! There is no way to get in contact with anyone and it’s ridiculous!!

Had a sore throat the night before and walked in and was seen within 15 minutes! Check in staff was friendly and very helpful! The nurse checking vitals was great and very effecient!! The doctor was very professional and caring!! This was my second visit to this location and I would highly recommend this provider! Overall a great experience!!

Everything was good except the waiting for a provider to call in for my appointment . There wasn't a provider in the office.

Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

Unfortunately, my wait time to talk to the doctor was long, but the staff are always amazing! Mind, helpful and friendly….
