The booking was easy. I love this particular location. Doctor and nurse were very good and helpful. The only downside- unfriendly person on a front desk.

I scheduled about after work visit about concerns with sinusitis. They booked the appointment and allowed me to complete the paperwork ahead of time online.  I got there and was seen within 7 minutes.  I was checked out in my sinuses, throat, mouth - had my vitals.  There were signs of sinus swelling so they gave me a prescription and told me to give it a week for the symptoms to go away.  if not they could see me again rather quickly.  After a week - I feel better.  I would recommend this provider and facility.

The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.

Woke up in the morning feeling terrible and needed to get an appt for myself and son quickly. Cedar Hill urgent care was able to service us and they did an amazing job. Everyone from the front desk reception to the doctor was so kind, patient and caring. They checked both me and my son and was able to quickly diagnose us and give us our prescription.  I highly recommend cedar hill urgent care and this will now be my go to urgent care when I’m unable to see my provider.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here.
