Well only thing my nasal spray that’s was called in needs a prior authorization left two messages waiting so pharmacy can fill it. I just woke up from air or something outside like off today.

The visit was for my 6 year old daughter who was experiencing congestion and ear pain. The entire experience was great, the office staff was friendly and helpful, there was no waiting, and the provider was kind and thorough.

Easy schedule, in and out , no wait time very knowledgeable doctor on site and the MA Linette and Jimelys were amazing!! Definitely recommend.

Scheduling was super easy. The wait was a bit longer than anticipated but once I got in Charity was excellent. I felt like she listened to my concerns and provided me with excellent care.

Scheduling appointments and communication with my Primary Care Physician is next to impossible and I think she is wonderful. Whenever I call the main number, I must navigate my way to get a live person to answer. Whenever I leave your voice message, I NEVER get a returned phone call. If this situation does not improve, I will be forced to find another care provider.  Your physicians and staff members are very well aware of the problem. You need to fix it!

Annual physical.  Easy to schedule and Dr. Marshall did a great job explaining everything.

Excellent experiance. Ive been sick for over a month went to 2 other Drs and they were no help just suggested over the counter meds. I got progressivly worse then decided to try DOCS. The nurse practioner listened to me and evaluated me and got me diagnosed with antibiotics! I’m finally on the road to recovery! The receptionist was amazing as well! Great staff and great experiance! Very grateful!!
