Very quick and everyone was polite and very caring

I was a walk in with a cough. I was treated very good and I didn’t wait very long. The doctor was great! Very good experience, and definitely will use it again if needed.

I was to have a phone interview to follow up but I never got the call back. It didn't matter at all as I was well into recovery. For me, a non issue.

Dr Wilcox and the staff were very nice and helpful. 10/10

Everything was great except for the wait time which was past my scheduled appointment.  But it was explained that they had a higher number of patients than usual. My overall experience was really good.

I have been having symptoms i made an appt at Docs I’m recently back in this area again i usually don't go here I was quite pleas with the quickness, helpfulness and the friendliness if your staff i will come back there as needed

Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

Everything about the visit was great. The staff was awesome and the Dr. as well. It’s a telehealth visit but more than that. I would definitely recommend the Monroe location.

Unfortunately, my wait time to talk to the doctor was long, but the staff are always amazing! Mind, helpful and friendly….

I was a walk-in and expected to wait. It was an hour or hour and a half. Beats waiting at the ER all day.  I had a few issues with the signing in on my phone and had to keep bothering the girl at the front desk.  She was very patient with me and very sweet!  Very friendly staff! I’ve been there many times and never had a bad experience.

Finally, I was coughing with phlegm, very congested, the doctor just told me to wash my nose with saline, nothing at all.

Medical service is very professional and everything is on time-great place
