Everything was great except for the wait time which was past my scheduled appointment.  But it was explained that they had a higher number of patients than usual. My overall experience was really good.

When I arrived I was nicely greeted. They got to me in a timely manner and had excellent bedside manner I thank everyone

Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

I had to book a preop physical and was able to get an appointment right away. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything about the visit was great. The staff was awesome and the Dr. as well. It’s a telehealth visit but more than that. I would definitely recommend the Monroe location.

Never had a bad experience here. Staff is always informed and friendly no matter who is working.  The best urgent care around.

Went to this walk-in clinic for a sore throat. The staff were very helpful and professional.  I would definitely go back again.

Finally, I was coughing with phlegm, very congested, the doctor just told me to wash my nose with saline, nothing at all.

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Dr Kessler was an excellent provider, and Luis the MA was very knowledgeable and pleasant
