Was able to get a same day morning appointment to follow up on a lingering cold. Booked appointment easily online. All staff I interacted with were professional, efficient and very nice. We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.

Went there for swelling under the ear and throat.  Tender to touch.   Have been sick and very congested.   I most likely have a sinus infection due to a recent cold.   I left with no answers regarding the swelling and was told it could be viral.

It’s not like your regular doctors office they are urgent care Some staff members are friendly, some are not. This is a field in which you must have compassion or get another job! I do believe some doctors lack medical training and are not sure or misdiagnose your condition Always revisit your PCP
