Took my daughter this afternoon to get her ears checked for a possible infection from her earrings. The front desk staff were super friendly , the gentleman that saw us before the doctor was as well. The doctor was awesome. My daughter was super nervous and she made her feel at ease. Even asked her questions about her stuffed animals she had which just showed she cared and wanted to make her feel relaxed! Experience couldn’t have been better!!

Dr. Watkins  is wonderful she is a great doctor and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

My visit today was really good. I was pleasantly surprised to see an opening for today. Of course I took it, the wait time wasn’t too bad considering that it is an urgent care and can sometimes take time. But it went by fast and I was able to make it in time to pick up my child. Thank you staff and provider for being on top of things.

Pain from Sciatica had become unbearable. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my doctor, but I went online to Carbon Health's website and had no trouble booking an appointment. I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Above all - SHE LISTENED to me! I would certainly recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.

I was able to get a Telehealth appointment the same day from the awesome front desk scheduling ladies (thank you) and the doctor was able to update my my referrals right away. Both my husband and I woke up ill and were easily able to easily schedule an appointment.  Staff was pleasant and efficient and PA was patient, attentive and quickly diagnosed our sinus infections.  She prescribed medication that quickly eased our discomfort and we are feeling much better now.  We highly recommend this Urgent Care.

But a called anyway to see and they just said not to worry and come on in and have them take a look, it was really fast and easy. I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
