Dr. Tom was the best she sent me back to ER Cooper to have CT Scan and called them up to expedite my case. I have never had a doctor do that before so she is the BEST! The staff was amazing and RN, Selina, was super nice. Very friendly atmosphere.

As a senior with serious underlying health conditions, I was very fearful to have a needed CT scan during this pandemic. After making appt. I called the Exton facility directly about my condition & risk about coming in. Shannon listened & discussed my concern with Neelam in registration & CT technician Kelly about how to accommodate my visit. All personnel went out of their way to minimize my time there, protect me & make me safe. Models of health care who went above & beyond! This urgent care is extremely nice doctors are very knowledgeable! They listen to you, office staff friendly if you go early no issues. You go before they close you will be sent home ( don't waste your time) go early.. they want to get out ASAP. Show some consideration! Call before you go! Or you'll wind up in the ER with a lovely big bill!!
