          Two weeks earlier I had pulled/strained my back muscles. After two weeks of pain and limited mobility, I decided it was time to seek medical help. On Friday, I called my PCP but she did not have any openings. I then called NextCare Urgent Care for an appointment. Check in was easy and on time. My provider explained everything in detail and was understanding. I would definitely recommend this provider.

          My son was complaining of a sore mouth after his older sister had been diagnosed with strep 2 days before. Our pediatrician was already closed by the time this started happening and I was so thankful to have little Spurs. Lauren, our PA was phenomenal as was the nurse who checked us in and did vitals. Thanks again for a great job!

          I’ve visited this urgent care several times with my newborn baby and each time seems to get increasingly better (specifically with doctor care). Location and hours are super convenient and the doctor (forgot her name) was the most helpful thus far (considering I’ve told his pediatrician and other urgent care doctors the same recurring problem and no help). She was able to give me reactive and proactive information in regards to my concerns with my baby and more.

          The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

          This was the 3rd time we have visited your office. The staff and Dr. Kimberly are amazing. Very caring and informative. They all focus on my son and ensure that myself and wife are ok with the treatment. Plus they take to time to follow up with us to see how our son is feeling and doing. Not many places will do that.           Couldn’t sleep all night due to coughing and was able to schedule the first appointment in the morning. Check in and admin were incredibly easy. However, I was prescribed a nose spray and a cough pill. The decongestants and cough drops I can buy at the drug store would have done the same thing. I was hoping for more medical help, as I coughed all night again after the appointment. Went back the next day and was provided more care. Still wish I could have gotten it in the first place.
