I I went to the doctor because I had a burn on my hand. I was in a lot of pain. They took me into the room to see me, but I had to wait a long time. Once the doctor was there, he kept me waiting twice for a long time. The last time he came back, he told me, "I already sent the medicine to your pharmacy," but he never gave me anything. I went in like that and left in a lot of pain. I didn't like the service. I went with the intention of feeling better. I was disappointed that they didn't even have a cream to soothe my pain.

Woke up after feeling like crap for several days and just wanted an answer if I had flu/ Covid/ strep. This was the only place I could get in within a couple hrs that same day. It was easy to schedule, just took time to enter all my data, insurance, etc online but made the appt more efficient for sure. I was in and out within 30 mins. Tests all negative but gave good advice and remedies. This will be my first choice for urgent care in the future.
