The doctor I saw was rude, terse, and unhelpful. They didn’t so much as look at my chart, listen to my explanation for coming in, nor take my chronic pain seriously. While not every doctor specializes in everything, the least that they can do is be open about their limitations and attentive to patients with chronic pain. I didn’t come away with clear instructions for recovery/pain management I could share with my employer. They also got into a spat with the receptionist.

When I tell you how I battled to write this review.... I wanted this Diamond all to myself but that's not nice. Ladies and gentlemen and kids of all ages, this Live Urgent Care is EVERYTHING.... From the beautiful ladies at the front desk. To the AMAZING bedside mannerisms that, for me having severe anxiety, PTSD and ADHD meant the WORLD. Now, the CHERRY on top for me was the 5 star cleanliness as if you walked into Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, or Neman Marcus absolutely mind-blowing, especially for a germophobe like myself. Thank you ladies for such a fantastic experience and I will be back😘

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

Dr Tammy one of the best doctors I’ve seen by far.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Staff is always helpful and polite. Dr. B. Fahnrich is and amazing doctor. He has diagnosed conditions that primary care doctors can't.

Amazing care as always.  Extreme knowledge, wonderful communication, fantastic staff, and treated with utmost respect and care.   Recommended for everyone to use.  Grateful for the location and all the services and support.

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

I was so easy to schedule an appointment with them and when I got there everything went well. The wait time was about 15m and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

it was smooth and good, when i went in they attended to me one time and gave me what i needed and i feel better already
