I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Very impressed with staff. My provider was very understanding, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would recommend her.

My daughter woke up with croup and the care we received here from the front desk to the physician was amazing!

Been here several times for all kinds of issues. Everything from COVID, eye infections and removing fishing hooks from kids (seriously.. twice). Katrina and staff are always amazing!

Got my appointment very easy . The front desk lady was very nice. I asked to be phoned at the time of my appointment to avoid viruses When asked to come in, had to wait more than an hour to be attended.  Last time I had to leave after having paid. Would love improving this point. Thanks

I was able to schedule an appointment same day. Only a few hours from opening time. Quick and easy check in and a short wait time. Everyone was very friendly from start to end. Physicians bedside manner was great. He listened to each of my issues and didn’t discount anything I had to say. He then addressed each issue and took the time to explain what I needed to know. Highly recommend this clinic!

Been sick for a week. Went in for an appointment. Very easy to make an appointment. No wait time - which was awesome. Doctor and nurse were very nice and helpful. Had my diagnosis and scrip within 30 minutes and got to get on with my day. I will absolutely come here again.

This practice is fantastic. It may have saved my life. The staff NP’s and Kelly provide excellent care. I highly recommend this Urgent care . Thank you so much!!!!!

My 3yo baby boy had been crying all morning telling us he has ear pain. We were all over the place looking for an urgent care that opens before 3pm (due to my baby crying in pain since 7am). Luckily Best Health Urgent Care& Clinic was the one we leaned on (regarding reviews& insurance). Best decision we made so far! We’ve tried at least 3 different urgent care facilities in our area with in the past yr& half and nether of them were to our liking. Thank you to the physician& the lady in the lady in the front.. who’s name I didn’t catch /: Highly recommend for children& parents!
