You gave me a rx for amox and now 24 hrs later I am vastly improved up and about. Thank you! Went there for swelling under the ear and throat.  Tender to touch.   Have been sick and very congested.   I most likely have a sinus infection due to a recent cold.   I left with no answers regarding the swelling and was told it could be viral.

We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.
