Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

As far as I could tell, there were 3 people working there(including doc), and 3 patients( including me). Everyone was treated respectfully, courteously, it was as efficient as possible as far as I could tell, clean, they offered water.  The doc seemed concerned, knowledgeable and efficient. There was a ton of on line checkin stuff that needed to be dealt with.  I'm horrible at that stuff!  One of the women working at the desk, who moments later was my tech, was very helpful getting me through the online check in.  I never could have done it myself. Hopefully the medicine the doctor  prescribed will work. They all did a nice and thourogh job as far as I could tell.
