He took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options, ensuring I fully understood everything. I felt genuinely cared for during my visit, and his expertise was evident throughout the visit. I have never found a primary Doctor because my daughter and myself had been seeing him at urgent care for more than 5 years now he is Both our primary Doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring doctor. At not to say he is a very well Dressed Doctor 😊

My appointment was as great didn’t wait long was taken care in 20 mins and the MA was great and friendly. The doctor was very attentive and took good care of me prescribed the right medications and this morning I woke up better than I was. Would recommend.

Ive been sick in the stomach for almost a week, I’ve been having loose stool and nausea. I explained that to the doctor and they touched my stomach a bit asked me if I had any other symptoms I said no and they said just to let it run its course that I don’t need antibiotics. However I think some kind of test should have been done to rule out what I have exactly now someone in my house hold has EPEC, Giardia lamblia and sapovirus and I might have that too now I need a second opinion, waste of $50

Walked in and was seen within 10 minutes. Dr. Alterno was so knowledgeable and kind, and provided high quality care. The medical assistant was also very competent and sweet throughout the entire process. I left and headed to my pharmacy directly from the appointment and they had already sent my prescription allowing me to pick it up without waiting.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.
