Got in very quickly and the doctor was able to find an easy solution for my deep cut.

I just wanted to check my blood pressure. The care taker was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was told what to do and what not to do. I felt very comfortable. Will be back.

I was a walk in with a cough. I was treated very good and I didn’t wait very long. The doctor was great! Very good experience, and definitely will use it again if needed.

Rooms and bathrooms not being cleaned fast enough. Room we went into floor was a bit dirty.  Security guard sat down and slept off and on.  Front desk workers looked ready to clock out. Light was off over their area.  They ran out of flu tests now we have to wait 5 days for a result. That is insane.  Please do better. And staff should be masked. All staff.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Everything about the visit was great. The staff was awesome and the Dr. as well. It’s a telehealth visit but more than that. I would definitely recommend the Monroe location.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
