I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

Went in with a high fever, body aches, migraine, delirium, chest pain, weakness and hardship breathing. Staff never checked my temperature. My partner, Michael Quinn was also seen the same day for the same symptoms. The staff member he spoke to didn’t recognize the term pulmonary which is quite scary and concerning. For my partner, they only checked BP. No temp or pulse ox taken.

Dr.Rex and his medical assistant go above and beyond to take care of your medical needs. Dr.Rex is kind professional and truly cares about his patients. His medical assistant is very kind knowledgeable and does her job quickly and very efficiently. I look forward to every visit.

Came in thinking I had strep throat. I have covid. No meds given or input as to current guidelines for quarantining, etc.--but I must admit I forgot to ask until I got home. Perhaps a hangout/some paperwork would have been nice

MA should leave the room during time with provider. Personal questions were awkward and uncomfortable to answer with them standing there.

I was a walk in with a cough. I was treated very good and I didn’t wait very long. The doctor was great! Very good experience, and definitely will use it again if needed.

Everything was great except for the wait time which was past my scheduled appointment.  But it was explained that they had a higher number of patients than usual. My overall experience was really good.

Scheduling was super easy. The wait was a bit longer than anticipated but once I got in Charity was excellent. I felt like she listened to my concerns and provided me with excellent care.

I was a walk-in and expected to wait. It was an hour or hour and a half. Beats waiting at the ER all day.  I had a few issues with the signing in on my phone and had to keep bothering the girl at the front desk.  She was very patient with me and very sweet!  Very friendly staff! I’ve been there many times and never had a bad experience.

Everyone is very nice! The doctor is very helpful!  Though, I still waiting for my prescription,  Accu-check  Guide to check my  blood sugar.

Everything about the visit was great. The staff was awesome and the Dr. as well. It’s a telehealth visit but more than that. I would definitely recommend the Monroe location.
