Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

MA should leave the room during time with provider. Personal questions were awkward and uncomfortable to answer with them standing there.

Everything was great except for the wait time which was past my scheduled appointment.  But it was explained that they had a higher number of patients than usual. My overall experience was really good.

When I arrived I was nicely greeted. They got to me in a timely manner and had excellent bedside manner I thank everyone

Dr.Rex and his medical assistant go above and beyond to take care of your medical needs. Dr.Rex is kind professional and truly cares about his patients. His medical assistant is very kind knowledgeable and does her job quickly and very efficiently. I look forward to every visit.

Went to this walk-in clinic for a sore throat. The staff were very helpful and professional.  I would definitely go back again.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Everything about the visit was great. The staff was awesome and the Dr. as well. It’s a telehealth visit but more than that. I would definitely recommend the Monroe location.
