The services was very professional even thought they were texting for Covid19

I was a walk-in and expected to wait. It was an hour or hour and a half. Beats waiting at the ER all day.  I had a few issues with the signing in on my phone and had to keep bothering the girl at the front desk.  She was very patient with me and very sweet!  Very friendly staff! I’ve been there many times and never had a bad experience.

MA should leave the room during time with provider. Personal questions were awkward and uncomfortable to answer with them standing there.

I was to have a phone interview to follow up but I never got the call back. It didn't matter at all as I was well into recovery. For me, a non issue.

Everything was great except for the wait time which was past my scheduled appointment.  But it was explained that they had a higher number of patients than usual. My overall experience was really good.

I have been having symptoms i made an appt at Docs I’m recently back in this area again i usually don't go here I was quite pleas with the quickness, helpfulness and the friendliness if your staff i will come back there as needed

Scheduling was super easy. The wait was a bit longer than anticipated but once I got in Charity was excellent. I felt like she listened to my concerns and provided me with excellent care.
