woke up with flu symptoms. scheduling an appointment easy. no wait time. friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

There were no obstacles keeping me from scheduling an appointment with DOCS. Everything went beautifully well. Great doctor attending to us. Thank you!!!

They were able to take me in last minute and very polite about. The Provider listened to me and was overall great.

I have been having symptoms i made an appt at Docs I’m recently back in this area again i usually don't go here I was quite pleas with the quickness, helpfulness and the friendliness if your staff i will come back there as needed

Dr.Rex and his medical assistant go above and beyond to take care of your medical needs. Dr.Rex is kind professional and truly cares about his patients. His medical assistant is very kind knowledgeable and does her job quickly and very efficiently. I look forward to every visit.

I was to have a phone interview to follow up but I never got the call back. It didn't matter at all as I was well into recovery. For me, a non issue.

My son woke up with a sore throat. His PCP was available, but not for many hours. The physician at DOCS had availability. She was empathetic, thorough, knowledgeable and insightful.
