Very helpful friendly staff. Identified my issue quickly once in exam room. 3 emergencies coincided my visit, wondering why the don't go to hospital emergency.

Was able to arrange visit within 24 hrs.  Had trouble locating office but made it.  Within an hour visit was complete with meds ordered.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. As always - though fortunately have not had to visit often - l have been treated with kind professionalism.  Questions answered, treatment options discussed.  Really glad your treatment center is just a few miles from our home ! BUT on the January 4th visit, l wasn’t “sick”, l had an injured wrist - apparently from a spider bite.

The front desk staff and nurse were super friendly and nice. The xray machine wasn't working at this facility, which they really should let the patient know before they make an appointment.. I was seen by a nurse practitioner, Kamaal I believe.  She seemed nice, however, she didn't seem too concerned and asked minimum questions. I don't feel like my concern was  fully addressed/resolved.  I should have just gone to my primary care instead of paying $100 copay only to be told, "just keep up with warm fluids and come back again if it gets worst", because it's just that easy to come back and pay another $100 copay again. I drove about 18 miles to get seen at this location because appointments at the clinic near me get booked super fast.. I mentioned that to the provider that I don't want to drive this far again just one day later..and I was told "try making an appointment a day before near you then" (because clearly, I didn't try that and chose to drive that far in snowy weather). Last time I was sick with this horrendous cough and phlegm, a provider at different location told me exactly the same that it's just a viral, only for me to end up at my primary care the next day who diagnosed me with pneumonia! I see a similar review here from another patient ending up with pneumonia because your provider here, misdiagnosed her.. I sure hope the nurse practitioner didn't miss anything.. I couldn't ask for x-ray anyway, since it wasn't working at this location. I did mention to her that last time with exact same thing, I was prescribed antibiotics and she brushed it off saying "it's just a viral".. Not sure how she decided on that when she didn't even do an xray.  I was not all satisfied with my treatment by this provider at this location. Multicare Indigo, you need to fix your mistakes and train your providers, instead of copy pasting the same response to all the low rating reviews. Looking at the reviews here, no wonder this location always has multiple appointments available as compare to other locations.

woke up with sore throat and ear infection. was very insistent on getting care for my voice as well as i use it professionally. i did receive the ear drops which i began taking. but i need to schedule again for my voice.

Had a fall and got a bad black eye.  Scheduled a visit for the following morning and was seen quickly. Staff all very helpful and friendly and professional.

Everyone was excellent when it came down to anything we needed or asked. I appreciate everyone that was there they are extremely nice and respectful.

Everyone at Indigo Urgent Care was extremely helpful & incredibly nice. They listened to me, checked everything out, & formulated a great plan of care. I appreciated that when one of the providers was not entirely sure about something she got a second opinion from another provider, which was great.

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

Was not aware I could have scheduled an appointment. I will definitely do that in the future. The cost was acceptable and the personnel was excellent.

I just want my issue resolved. I don’t think PT is working.

Staff are very friendly, receptionist is so bubbly! Ease of getting in and out is quite amazing. Check in through text when you arrive, no need to wait for staff.

Coming from out of town and getting sick and having been seen by a very caring and knowledgeable staff gave me comfort
