1st time here was expecting to be here forever ! We were .in and out in less then 20 min!!! .the apt was for my sick 7 year old so it was amazing !! And it's 8 min from my house ! Takes all insurance which is awsome also!!

This was my first personal visit to an Urgent Care facility in my lifetime. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and care. Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves.  The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice.  Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit.

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

Had an overall experience at this location the staff is super friendly.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

Woke up not feeling well and was able to schedule an appointment right away with no issues. Upon arrival, I was greated politely by the staff and didn't have a long wait time before I was seen by the doctor. Facility was very clean and nice and overall experience was an A+!

Scheduled online same day,check in quick staff was friendly. Dr. Havlicek was the best doctor I’ve met here so far. Thank you!

Walked in and filled out the paperwork after a short wait the doctor looked me over and ordered some meds.

Even with an appointment  had to wait over 1 hour to be seen

My husband had a sore on his leg that wasn’t healing,and Rose gave him an antibiotic cream & antibiotic to take orally. Hopefully that will help.

Scheduling was easy online. Staff was attentive and answered questions.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

First time going there and I must say the all around service was excellent.

Wait time was great.  Bailey was so sweet, she took my vitals and swabbed for testing. Bailey is a fine example of who should be working in the field with sick people.  Dr. Was also very nice and informative, took time to listen.  Front desk staff were all very nice as well.

I always feel well taken care of.  That’s why I come there.❤️👏🏽

My mother had a rash and did not want to take her to the ER. I had trouble finding an urgent care facility near her and found this one by my work. I suspected it was shingles and went on their website and made an appointment. They took us immediately. The information intake was quick and the physician was amazing! 🤩 highly recommend this location!!!

This was our first time here. My son very rarely has to be seen at the doctor & was quite apprehensive leading up to our appointment. Our nurse (unsure of her name), was super sweet & was very good with Austin. She was encouraging when he seemed nervous which was great. Our doctor, I believe her first name was Alissa, was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely helpful in explaining his diagnosis & treatment to me…but more importantly she was amazing with my son. She was so gentle & kind…to the point where, after we left, Austin said “I’m not afraid of the doctor anymore!”  The office is pristine, the front desk secretary was very nice & making our appointment was easy, too!  Thank you for making our experience a seamless, painless one. We will recommend & we will be back (but hopefully not for a long time, haha!) Thank you again!!!!!

Check-in and Scheduling were easy.  Dr. Ross was caring, patient and thorough.

Have on a as need bases have used the on-line system for scheduling appointments.  System is easy, check-in staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.  Doctors and PA wonderful…easy to talk to and excellent with care.   Promise an angel.  Handled my treatment kindly and thoroughly!! Excellent

it was smooth and good, when i went in they attended to me one time and gave me what i needed and i feel better already
