I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

I've been there few times and everyones is exceptional genuine as soon as you step in excellent front desk no matter who's working. I'm bad with names I'm sorry. I always tell my family and friends about this location. I've been to city md and one around corner on 116 st. But ever since I've found you guys I've never gone anywhere but here. Can't thank you guys. O my nurse was excellent 👏 who took my vitals. Everyones just great.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.
