Watertown urgent care - today a Young guy met me outside and asked me questions about symptoms for patient safety. Girl with glasses was cleaning the waiting room chairs and wiping down surfaces ! Nurse was knowledgeable and swift. Doctor was a very nice woman who made sure all my questions were answered. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend !!

I do not like having to schedule on-line. It is confusing. I did it, but it took too much of my time to figure it out. It would much rather call and talk with a live person. This was to make an appointment at the walk-in. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful.

I had symptoms of a sinus infection. Walked in at about 645pm filled paperwork,saw doctor and was out about 720pm. went to pharmacy to pick up script. All the staff that I interacted with were courteous, friendly and professional. I rate the overall experience an A+.

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here.
