Staff is friendly. Scheduling and check-in was very straightforward. Not too much wait time. The appointment itself felt rather rushed as it may have seemed like I asked more questions than “necessary” because of an illness I have been dealing with for more than a month. However, I appreciate the general response and recommendations.

Form should be small instead of long, it has taken too much time

It is easy to schedule an appointment time on line. The staff is pleasant and willing to listen.

The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.

I showed up and the office was closed. I got a verification txt this morning prior and I confirmed.

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

I was able to book a last minute appointment. The entire experience from walking in the door to leaving the office was a great experience. I appreciated all the individual care and treatment that I received from my doctor, my phlebotomist, the nurse, front desk to the entire staff. I also was impressed with the communication. All my questions were answered. And all my medical needs were met. I highly recommend going to this office/provider for your medical needs.

The facility is exceptionally clean. Wait time was a bit longer than expected but the doctor spent a lot of time with us so I understand the wait. We left satisfied that we had all of the meds and care we needed — thank you!
