Overall I had a decent experience here. The people are awesome except that one guy at check-in. I owe a lot to these doctors sending me on referral. I have been to the County Hospital in San Bernardino in the past and i have waited hours to be seen...(so, maybe my standards are different). It took approximately an hour in Urgent Care. Not terrible.

In this urgent care they are so Friendly , kind , patient and respond to every single question I had . I feel so loved and cared by the staff and a doctor Mehrdad and Matthew their PA. I am happy to find this place through Google . I know anything happens I have a place to go there we will come with open heart.

DR, TAKANO TREATED ME FOR THE LARGE CUT IN MY LEG THAT I CUT WITH MY CHAIN SAW. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE WAS VERY POSITIVE AND ASSURED ME I WAS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT. SHE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND MADE ME FEEL GOOD. WHEN SHE PUT IN THE MULTIPLE STITCHES I DID NOT FEEL A THING. SHE IS A GREAT DOCTOR. I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO HER AND HER POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
