checking in electronicly was a hassle.  reception helped me over come this.   wait was 1 1/2 hours which would have been okay if i could know that it was going to be that long.   once inside, prompt and courteous care

Dr. Watkins  is wonderful she is a great doctor and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

Walked in, took my 3 year old daughter. Was able to make it before closing time , everyone was friendly most I waited over all was around 2hours .

Waited 4 days for earliest appointment. Still had to wait 90 minutes to be seen.

My visit today was really good. I was pleasantly surprised to see an opening for today. Of course I took it, the wait time wasn’t too bad considering that it is an urgent care and can sometimes take time. But it went by fast and I was able to make it in time to pick up my child. Thank you staff and provider for being on top of things.

Pain from Sciatica had become unbearable. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my doctor, but I went online to Carbon Health's website and had no trouble booking an appointment. I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Above all - SHE LISTENED to me! I would certainly recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.

Our visit was great Took my 2 nieces to get checked. Even tho we were walk ins they were seen fast. Staff was great great customer service. Im glad I brought them here Will tell my sister so she can continue their visits here. I recommend this place for your medical care Dr was amazing

Would like to have received discharge instructions. So I knew what was recommended no one came back to my room and I waited also 20 min but another patient was guided to my room

Was looking for a new place after moving, and I will definitely be coming back! From the front staff to the MA to the PA, all my questions were answered with respect. I was a walk in and didn’t wait as long as I had thought, Their online presence makes this place easy to navigate and schedule and view medical records.

I was really pleased with the care I received today.  I came in with what I thought might be an ear infection. Turns out, that was it.  Everything was explained clearly as well as the path we would take to resolve the issue.   Great job by everyone!  I would absolutely recommend this provider.
