I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

Probably one of most cleanest urgent cares I’ve been in. Very easy to make an appointment, no wait time but expected to wait if I had to. The front office was very friendly and the staff in the back were just as nice. Dr. Patel was very attentive and listened to all my concerns. I highly recommend to go if you need to

Very helpful doctor great facility, and easy scheduling system..

I scheduled my appointment for 8am and was seen right away. This is the second time I've been to this location and both times service was exceptional.

BEST PLACE EVER, Ill definitely go back if i have too. Everyone was extremely nice, i was shocked.

I highly recommend Live Urgent Care!  I walk in without an appointment and have never had a long wait time. Attending doctors and nurses are always very knowledgeable.
