I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. 1st time here was expecting to be here forever ! We were .in and out in less then 20 min!!! .the apt was for my sick 7 year old so it was amazing !! And it's 8 min from my house ! Takes all insurance which is awsome also!!

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

Exceptional experience from check in to nurse to doctor exam!

I went in because I had some concerns about my heart because I was getting chest pain and I was lightheaded. I was attended right away and welcomed as soon as I walked through the door, I felt very comfortable in this environment. The staff Veronica, and Rossio were very friendly, very informative and quick to help me. I left without any concerns. I had all the information I needed to know I will most likely recommend this place to anyone else I know that needs to be checked up on.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

This was my first personal visit to an Urgent Care facility in my lifetime. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and care. Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves.  The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice.  Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit.

I walked in but had to wait a long time !  I never had to wait so long!  The doctor was very nice however!

Everything went well. No complaints, the wait was approx 20 mins.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.
