Was sick and my doctor couldn’t get me in. Stopped by the Helena clinic and only one person was waiting. Waited no time at all in the waiting room but a very long time in the patient room. NP Jessica Godwin was fabulous and listened to me. I would come back.

Do not use Southern Immediate care if you want results or to be treated well. I visited this office twice and received no resolution, am still ill. Further, I was told that I would be referred to another doctor and instead was sent to an imaging clinic. And, lastly, you cannot reach a person by phone. Do not waste your money or time by visiting this office. Update: After 10 phone calls, my referral is in motion. Crystal is kind, knowledgeable and did her best to provide more context. Still very difficult to reach a person.

I walked in with no appointment and filled out the online registration in about 20 minutes. Then got called back to a room, was tested, examined, and treated in under 30 minutes. Everyone was kind, patient, knowledgeable and fast too! I received advice and home care instructions. My 3 prescriptions were phoned in to CVS and I can start taking them tonight. I recommend Southern Immediate Care to anyone who is sick!

Very good experience altogether. Checking in for first visit through text was no problem. Staff was very efficient and very nice! I would definitely recommend.

Everything went well, great staff. It was clean (office) and Dr was very professional.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
