Staff is always helpful and polite. Dr. B. Fahnrich is and amazing doctor. He has diagnosed conditions that primary care doctors can't.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Excellent experience- thank you!

Dr. Bailey is an exceptional physician who truly stands out for his compassionate and attentive approach. He took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options, ensuring I fully understood everything. I felt genuinely cared for during my visit, and his expertise was evident throughout the visit. I have never found a primary Doctor because my daughter and myself had been seeing him at urgent care for more than 5 years now he is Both our primary Doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring doctor. At not to say he is a very well Dressed Doctor 😊

Was sick the whole night fever bodyache headache the works schedule online and completed paperwork online in and out staff was very friendly and nice and attentive.

It was incredibly easy. I was out of state and my husband was back home and not feeling well.  I was able to schedule the appointment for him online and complete his registration paperwork so that everything was ready for him.  It was great service.

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.

This was my first personal visit to an Urgent Care facility in my lifetime. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and care. Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves.  The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice.  Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit.

I was surprised to see that it didn't take me long to see the doctor.
