I cant thank you guys enough. I feel soo blessed to have this urgent care in this neighborhood. I've been there few times and everyones is exceptional genuine as soon as you step in excellent front desk no matter who's working. I'm bad with names I'm sorry. I always tell my family and friends about this location. I've been to city md and one around corner on 116 st. But ever since I've found you guys I've never gone anywhere but here. Can't thank you guys. O my nurse was excellent 👏 who took my vitals. Everyones just great.

it was smooth and good, when i went in they attended to me one time and gave me what i needed and i feel better already

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Had a sore throat the night before and walked in and was seen within 15 minutes! Check in staff was friendly and very helpful! The nurse checking vitals was great and very effecient!! The doctor was very professional and caring!! This was my second visit to this location and I would highly recommend this provider! Overall a great experience!!

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

Checking in and scheduling was a breeze. Unfortunately this location is understaffed because it took the Dr almost 3 hours to see me. Once they were in the exam room with me they were very kind and helped me with my health issue.

It was incredibly easy. I was out of state and my husband was back home and not feeling well.  I was able to schedule the appointment for him online and complete his registration paperwork so that everything was ready for him.  It was great service.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

Easy walking appointment was easy as a doctor was friendly and did my Covid test quickly. They sent the results to me as soon as possible would definitely recommend this place.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. This was my first personal visit to an Urgent Care facility in my lifetime. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and care. Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves.  The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice.  Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit.

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.
