The nurse and doctor were personable, friendly and helpful!

The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

Scheduling was easy enough, check in easy, friendly front desk and nurse!  PA matter of fact and no bed side manner busy interest on phone with personal call!  He could have given more information about diagnosis and meds prescribed!  He seemed disengaged.  In and out quick enough.

All was very good. Very convieneient for my kid. They also were professional

Woke up this morning right sided pain under breast. Hurts when takes a breath in. Was able to be seen by spot same day.

Everyone is super nice! From the from to the medical Staff. Doris the PA listen to my concerns about my daughter and was super helpful! Thank you Little Spurs Team❤️

This was the 3rd time we have visited your office. The staff and Dr. Kimberly are amazing. Very caring and informative. They all focus on my son and ensure that myself and wife are ok with the treatment. Plus they take to time to follow up with us to see how our son is feeling and doing. Not many places will do that. Two weeks earlier I had pulled/strained my back muscles. After two weeks of pain and limited mobility, I decided it was time to seek medical help. On Friday, I called my PCP but she did not have any openings. I then called NextCare Urgent Care for an appointment. Check in was easy and on time. My provider explained everything in detail and was understanding. I would definitely recommend this provider.

Went for a sport’s physical, I made my appt on SoLV and it was easy in and out.

Needed a check of toe blisters.  Kind and patient staff.

My son was complaining of a sore mouth after his older sister had been diagnosed with strep 2 days before. Our pediatrician was already closed by the time this started happening and I was so thankful to have little Spurs. Lauren, our PA was phenomenal as was the nurse who checked us in and did vitals. Thanks again for a great job!

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

Every time I go to the Urgent Care for kids in Dallas in the Preston it’s the best service. They greet you right away when you come in and provide you with next steps. The wait time is not long. Once inside the staff continues the great service they hear my concerns for why I brought my child in.  They do all necessary checks for my child’s symptoms they are the best. Thank you.
