I cant thank you guys enough. I feel soo blessed to have this urgent care in this neighborhood. I've been there few times and everyones is exceptional genuine as soon as you step in excellent front desk no matter who's working. I'm bad with names I'm sorry. I always tell my family and friends about this location. I've been to city md and one around corner on 116 st. But ever since I've found you guys I've never gone anywhere but here. Can't thank you guys. O my nurse was excellent 👏 who took my vitals. Everyones just great.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Excellent experience- thank you!

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Checking in and scheduling was a breeze. Unfortunately this location is understaffed because it took the Dr almost 3 hours to see me. Once they were in the exam room with me they were very kind and helped me with my health issue.

Amazing visit from the moment I walked in until I left.  Michael Teehan was an amazing provider.  This is the place to go for urgent care needs

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

Woke up with terrible pain in My foot.  Was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes and was given full attention to this matter.  Excellent staff, friendly, courteous and very friendly.   A++++++++
