I was seen in a prompt manner that I wasn’t expecting due to previous lengthy waits here. Bravo if you fixed this problem. The PA (Oksana) that saw me was excellent. She is knowledgeable, friendly, listens and makes a patient feel at ease.

My appointment was great very respectful and Dr. Rocio was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. The girl in the front desk very sweet friendly respectful..

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. Got out of work early yesterday and remember that I had ran out of medicine. figured I just swing by no phone call no appointment. Was very Pleasant. In-N-Out in 30 minutes. Very easy!

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

Everyone was incredibly efficient and friendly. I will be returning if I have another medical concern.

Follow up from last week. Cold symptoms. Became sinus infection. Dr Wolfson is the best. Her and the complete staff is the best. Outstanding customer care across the board.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

Check-in and Scheduling were easy.  Dr. Ross was caring, patient and thorough.

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.
