I had an emergency. My phone had no power. The receptionist registered me. In 7 minutes I was called to a patient room, was seen by the doctor, and discharged. Every one was professional, respectful, and vibrant. The facility was decorated like a grand hotel. I saved the Next Level number in my phone to take a gift for being exceptional.

I felt sick, booked an apt online for next day. I arrived and saw ppl waiting in cars they came up signed me in. They test outside and maintain it clean. The person who tested me was as gentle as she can be. Once it was done I had my test results within 24 hours. However, their time is listed as 48 hours so don’t always expect it. Wonderful staff, clean outside facilities.

Ms Raspberry, Ms Kim are very friendly and helpful! They made my kids feel very comfortable. This is my favorite urgent care, and I always bring my family here. Thank you guys for taking care of us!
