I had my annual physical this morning.  It’s not something I look forward to but I have to say Sarah Phillips and her team were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.  I left the clinic feeling that they had delivered an excellent heathcare experience.

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

Stopped to secure an appointment, but none were available but will text when an opening comes up - 3-1/2 hours later I was informed it was time to come in. Very through and efficient, left with a summary review. Very pleased.

Woke up this after dealing with cold and being tired. I was concerned with the lack of energy. Now, visiting clinic as a walk in and being checked out. I feel I can plan my next adventure, been concerned. Being 81 is a new experience and may not get it right. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Happy new year!

Was able to arrange visit within 24 hrs.  Had trouble locating office but made it.  Within an hour visit was complete with meds ordered.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Had a fall and got a bad black eye.  Scheduled a visit for the following morning and was seen quickly. Staff all very helpful and friendly and professional.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Wonderful front desk ladies and PA. Kind, informative, proactive, doctor. I couldn't be more pleased with the care my son received.
