Excellent experiance. Ive been sick for over a month went to 2 other Drs and they were no help just suggested over the counter meds. I got progressivly worse then decided to try DOCS. The nurse practioner listened to me and evaluated me and got me diagnosed with antibiotics! I’m finally on the road to recovery! The receptionist was amazing as well! Great staff and great experiance! Very grateful!!

Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

Everything went well until we found the prescription was never called in and you are closed today. I’m sick. This was not helpful.

Unfortunately, my wait time to talk to the doctor was long, but the staff are always amazing! Mind, helpful and friendly….

Great staff and Marty the PA was excellent. Waiting is good. Testing is good. Bedside manner ia Great. I would recommend this facility 100 percent.

Annual physical.  Easy to schedule and Dr. Marshall did a great job explaining everything.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Dr. Shah and his staff were terrific. They identified the problem and ordered the appropriate treatment.  I would recommend their office to anyone!

I thank the team that was there yesterday and was able to see me sooner. Very nice and caring and I recommend DOCS of New Haven.

Absolutely will recommend. More thorough care than Hartford Health Urgent Care.

Check in was easy because I made an appointment however I waited 50 minutes to be seen. Overall, the care and staff, were excellent. Very friendly and they answered all my questions with respect and care.
