Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Realized that I had symptoms of a UTI. I called for an appointment and was able to be seen within an hour. Check-in was easily done online before I arrived. When I arrived at office I received a friendly welcome and was seen within minutes. My care was provided by Brandy Zerby, who was very kind, competent, and professional. This is my second time utilizing Indi Urgent Care and I am incredibly pleased with the service I have received at both visits. Excellent service!

Fell from ladder resulting in deep gash to forearm. Was taken in right away. Nurse gave me snacks when I said I was hungry. Staff were all pleasant and we kidded each other a bit.  Didn’t take nearly as long as I expected. Thank you!!
