Scheduling appointments and communication with my Primary Care Physician is next to impossible and I think she is wonderful. Whenever I call the main number, I must navigate my way to get a live person to answer. Whenever I leave your voice message, I NEVER get a returned phone call. If this situation does not improve, I will be forced to find another care provider.  Your physicians and staff members are very well aware of the problem. You need to fix it!

Everything was good except the waiting for a provider to call in for my appointment . There wasn't a provider in the office.

The visit was for my 6 year old daughter who was experiencing congestion and ear pain. The entire experience was great, the office staff was friendly and helpful, there was no waiting, and the provider was kind and thorough.

I never scheduled a follow up appointment and one wasn’t suggested. I have to check with my insurance company now. This is great…

Easy schedule, in and out , no wait time very knowledgeable doctor on site and the MA Linette and Jimelys were amazing!! Definitely recommend.

Well only thing my nasal spray that’s was called in needs a prior authorization left two messages waiting so pharmacy can fill it. I just woke up from air or something outside like off today.

Everyone was very respectful, the doctor had bedside manner and spoke very clearly and explained everything and answered questions for me

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
