There is nothing bad I could say about MedExpress Urgent Care of Dover, Delaware. This was my first time visiting MedExpress of Dover, De. I was between a rock and hard place because my primary physician is 1 hour 45 minutes away and I needed medical attention today. I was taken back by the professionalism from the staff, well thought of decor, not last but least the genuine care from the doctor (V.Goodman). Right tonsil and ear were killing, went in as a walk in and the process was easy. Checked in, filled out paperwork online, had 7 people in front of me, but the wait was not long at all. Staff was amazing, did a throat culture and the P.A. was amazing. She ordered the meds that I needed and not long after taking them, I could swallow again with no pain. Definitely would recommend this place.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system.
