I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Excellent experience- thank you!

Nurse taking vitals did not identify themselves. Overall was not a helpful visit and this urgent care does not provide many services that other clinics are able to provide and be helpful for one’ visit.

Checking in and scheduling was a breeze. Unfortunately this location is understaffed because it took the Dr almost 3 hours to see me. Once they were in the exam room with me they were very kind and helped me with my health issue.

Made a day-of appointment and received prompt, great care.  I was diagnosed within 5 minutes and had my prescription ready within a half hour.

Very short wait  Staff warm and friendly  Very clean facilities  Dr was amazing polite and professional. He treated me for the pain in my hand from carpal tunnel syndrome. I Highly recommend this urgent care on knickerbocker Ave in Bushwick Brooklyn
