Had a sore throat the night before and walked in and was seen within 15 minutes! Check in staff was friendly and very helpful! The nurse checking vitals was great and very effecient!! The doctor was very professional and caring!! This was my second visit to this location and I would highly recommend this provider! Overall a great experience!!

Nurse taking vitals did not identify themselves. Overall was not a helpful visit and this urgent care does not provide many services that other clinics are able to provide and be helpful for one’ visit.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

Staff at desk were friendly and helped me fill out the patient form. Dr McConnell is very friendly, professional and makes the visit easy. Glad I went!

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Excellent experience- thank you!

Checking in and scheduling was a breeze. Unfortunately this location is understaffed because it took the Dr almost 3 hours to see me. Once they were in the exam room with me they were very kind and helped me with my health issue.

My entire experience was wonderful.. My daughter was treated really well. The professionalism here is awesome!!
