Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

Everyone was so attentive, friendly and caring.Would highly recommend !

I was visiting with family from another state , woke up not feeling well with a new baby coming home from the hospital. Definitely needed to be seen to make sure I wasn’t contagious.  Googled urgent care facilities near me, walked in , filled out paperwork and was taken back immediately.  Staff weee extremely courteous and professional.  I was in and out before I knew it. The longest part was filling out the paperwork .  I would definitely recommend this provider!

I went to my primary care doctor for a regular checkup and mentioned my ears were still bad.  She did not have the availability to syringe my ears so I went to Urgent Care.  The wait was acceptable and I was more than happy with the service provided.

That was my first visit with my daughter and so far, so satisfying.

1st time here was expecting to be here forever ! We were .in and out in less then 20 min!!! .the apt was for my sick 7 year old so it was amazing !! And it's 8 min from my house ! Takes all insurance which is awsome also!!

They were nice just took so long even though I was the only patient but sweet staff

This was my first personal visit to an Urgent Care facility in my lifetime. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and care. Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves.  The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice.  Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit.

I walked in but had to wait a long time !  I never had to wait so long!  The doctor was very nice however!

This is by far one of the best hospital experience I’ve had in this country ,  Great job guys

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Excellent experience- thank you!

Had a sinus infection and swollen tonsils.  I scheduled my appointment and I was seen fast. Staff was caring facility was very clean. The doctor was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She prescribed me the right type of medication I needed for my illness and I am starting to feel a lot better.
