Woke up this morning my daughter had a sore throat and my other daughter was sick as well. Found this clinic and easy check in great staff and no wait.

Wife, who has dementia, began exhibiting extreme anxiety and fear symptoms that my daughter, a NP, said might be caused by a UTI.  We came to your office for some advice and meds, which you provided. Thanks

My daughter needed a sports physical today. I was able to get in very quickly. The check-in process for paperwork went smoothly due to it being available online prior to the appointment. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Nurse Bri was excellent. My daughter was nervous at first, but Nurse Bri’s bedside manner helped her feel more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office and its staff.

I had a UTI & I thought a sinus infection or cold. But they handled so well by checking for flu or Covid. I did have a bladder infection & to my surprise COVID.  They were all so kind & very professional .

I needed to get a Covid Antigen test to return to work. Alexis & Norma were caring and quick. I will definitely come back in the future for other testing.

Scheduling my appointment online was easy and the quality of care, my daughter received for her physical, was excellent! I absolutely will recommend to my family and friends!

They are like going to see family.  Lately, it seems we are there so often, I see them more than my family.  Scheduling is quick on line, usually within a hour.  Check-in … you are greeted and polite.  They now know us by name.  10 minutes is the normal wait, sometimes less. The PAs or doctors and nurses are caring and answer your questions.  There are usually very few in the waiting room so I don’t feel I’m passing our germs on or getting their germs.  The facility is clean and has space to spread out.  Usually there is a kids show on the TV.  Oh and of course the girls love the rubber ducks they get to choose from at the end.  Occasionally they are out… but rarely! I would recommend this provider anytime.

Booked online, waited about 10 mins. Got seen, they were worried that I needed more care so they sent me to a specialist. I thought that was an amazing way to show me that they care about my well-being.

The receptionist never greeted me when I entered the office. She was not at the desk but was back in another office talking to another staff member. My first interaction with anyone was when the nurse called my name to be seen. The nurse and Dr were professional and friendly. When I walked back to the front there was still no one at the desk. The receptionist was again in the other room talking to another staff member. I said excuse do I need to check out and she said no you’re good. Very poor communication.

Overall satisfied reception entry questioner may need improvement otherwise all ok

Woke up with flu-like symptoms and did a walk-in visit; I was promptly greeted. A few minutes after check-in, I was called to the back. After vitals, I didn’t wait longer than 5 minutes for my provider. Everyone was kind, prompt, polite, and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Citydoc does not disappoint.   I was in and out in 30 minutes.   Talked with Doctor and had my prescription refill.  Last visit was in March I needed stitches.

From the front desk, to the vitals nurse, to the Doctor, we felt like everyone genuinely listened and cared about our concerns. I would recommend this urgent care if you find yourself needing one for your kids.
