I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

I took my dad as a walk in for a tick bite and I cannot express how nice the staff is. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful. Our Dr Paulina was extremely kind and provided the best care for my dad and I cannot thank her enough for her help. Highly recommend this location.

I was worried of urgent care not being able to handle since we didn’t want to go to the hospital afraid of getting contaminated with COVID19. Dr. Anna Wolfson did a great job giving an accurate diagnosis and giving the right treatment, she was very helpful, friendly and informative. We went for the follow up appointment and she was very personable and explained what to expect in detail. I love the cleanliness, and fast service and the professionalism.
