Pulled up at time of appointment , nurse came out did my swab within 15-20 minutes . I had rapid and pcr done . I received a phone call with my rapid results not even 20 minutes later . Give them a break . One woman doing the swabs , friendly , professional and trying her best to do her job in a timely manner.

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

This was my first visit, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency. Didn’t find a broken toe as my orthropedic dr. did. When I visited. Her 3 days later!!!!  Shocking!

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

Short wait time, friendly staff. My daughter will only get a covid test here because they 'dont poke her brain' as she puts it.
