Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.

Courtney the PA was amazing. Addressed all of my concerns and was super pleasant. Appreciative of the entire staff.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

We did not get proper testing. Later on tested ourselves to find he has the flu. Called this am and this afternoon to see if they wanted to prescribe tamiflu and have not yet received a call back.

I love the in and out aspect of the office they tell you step by step what they are doing if it’s weighing you , administering medicine , and any procedures along the line I love every bit of this office from the workers to the lady at the front desk it’s a pleasant experience each time I go

I was able to get an immediate walk-in appointment for an infected tooth. Staff was friendly and capable, and the sign-in process was very easy. Wait times were short and efficient.

Went there for swelling under the ear and throat.  Tender to touch.   Have been sick and very congested.   I most likely have a sinus infection due to a recent cold.   I left with no answers regarding the swelling and was told it could be viral.

I went in because I had some concerns about my heart because I was getting chest pain and I was lightheaded. I was attended right away and welcomed as soon as I walked through the door, I felt very comfortable in this environment. The staff Veronica, and Rossio were very friendly, very informative and quick to help me. I left without any concerns. I had all the information I needed to know I will most likely recommend this place to anyone else I know that needs to be checked up on.

I was able to booked an appointment super fast and staff and nurse practitioner are very nice and helpful.

The reception person was great! Very helpful from start to finish- wish I had gotten her name
