Everyone was very respectful, the doctor had bedside manner and spoke very clearly and explained everything and answered questions for me

Well only thing my nasal spray that’s was called in needs a prior authorization left two messages waiting so pharmacy can fill it. I just woke up from air or something outside like off today.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

Easy schedule, in and out , no wait time very knowledgeable doctor on site and the MA Linette and Jimelys were amazing!! Definitely recommend.

Came in thinking I had strep throat. I have covid. No meds given or input as to current guidelines for quarantining, etc.--but I must admit I forgot to ask until I got home. Perhaps a hangout/some paperwork would have been nice

Scheduling was super easy. The wait was a bit longer than anticipated but once I got in Charity was excellent. I felt like she listened to my concerns and provided me with excellent care.

I was a walk-in and expected to wait. It was an hour or hour and a half. Beats waiting at the ER all day.  I had a few issues with the signing in on my phone and had to keep bothering the girl at the front desk.  She was very patient with me and very sweet!  Very friendly staff! I’ve been there many times and never had a bad experience.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
